At Phone.com we out a lot of time and effort to offer the best customer service! We continuously make improvements, survey our customers and try and be as direct and open several lines of communications including a 24*7 toll free number (including from several overseas destinations), online chat, email, customer forums and also social media outlets Facebook and Twitter.
today we are introducing a new tool. It is somewhat of an experiment but we hope it works. We partnered with Fonolo to offer a new way to reach our call center. By clicking the Talk To Us section on our customer Support page you can try and skip our call center queue and get through directly without the need to press any buttons or numbers. You just enter the number you want to be reached at and we will connect you directly to our agents.
