Last week Ari Rabban and Joel Maloff attended the ITExpo in Los Angeles to participate as speakers and panelists on a variety of topics. Joel was interviewed by Paula Bernier for a TMCnet news video and talked about the Phone.com Channel Partners program.

The program was started for our customers who wanted to sell our service because they liked it so much. Now each participating company in the program gets a unique URL, training and support. Joel goes on to talk about the system and communications with the agents.
