Anonymous Call Reject

Tuesday, September 14th, 2010 at 12:54 PM EST

We recently got a twitter direct message request asking if we plan to add a feature for rejecting all incoming calls with the caller ID blocked.

As soon as we got the message I thought, I just saw that feature. We do support the option to block calls that withhold the caller ID. You can find it by logging into the Administrators account on Phone.com then select Numbers from the row across the top. Select Edit icon of the number you want to set this up on. Once you’ve done that select the box to the left of Block Anonymous Calls and you should have a check mark in it. Click Save and you are all set.

I hope this helps you and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us on Facebook at Facebook.com/PhoneDotCom or Twitter at @PhoneDotCom or by email at Jeb@Phone.com. As always we’re available 24 hours a day at (800) 998-7087.
