Today we officially announced that all Phone.com local phone numbers now support sending and receiving SMS messages.

Now anyone can use their Phone.com numbers to receive SMS messages on their cell phone. This enables Phone.com customers to use their cell phone for SMS while keeping their cell phone number private.

The service is available free of any charge with any Phone.com plan.
