Customers can use this feature to block incoming calls from unwanted phone numbers to any specific phone number in your account. It also enables you to globally block incoming calls from a specific number to all numbers in the account by using the Call Blocking feature.

The Phone.com call blocking feature can be activated during a call using [*9] to block or unblock a caller as an “in-call feature” or by using the Control Panel and navigating to the Call Blocking page from the Numbers tab or from your Inbox or even your Call Log page.
