I just read this blog post by Jay Goltz in the NYT online small business section.

This is a simple write-up about such a basic principal in business (perhaps especially small business): how important it is to hire good people, and more important, to take care of them!

the conclusion is in the header of this blog: It is indeed the joy of starting your own business, being able to have happy employees, and especially those who stay with you for many years!
