It is always nice to get an award and today Phone.com announced that we were awarded the Product of the Year Award by TMCNET, a leading industry publication, for the second year in a row.

The team working on the product development and perhaps more so the team working with our customers can really be proud of their work!

At Phone.com we focus on providing quality product to all our customers. However our product is also very much our customer service. As we mentioned in the past we get high scores from our customers on the service we provide and we are very proud of it!

Next week I will be speaking at ITEXPO, an annual event which is the largest gathering of the VoIP industry. I will be addressing the value of analytics in the call center and how we use data to improve our products, service and customer support!

As for the award, we thank TMCNET for recognizing us and will continue to bring new products to the market during 2009!
