Phone.com changed its policy regarding extra extensions. From now on all our Virtual Office plans will include FREE extra extensions beyond the basic number of extensions offered for that plan. Customers may add more extensions to their Virtual Office account as needed and at no extra cost!

Phone.com Virtual Office accounts all offer extensions that are used as the primary way users can set up their voicemail and fax accounts, conferencing bridge, individual greetings, address book uploading and also the ability to place outbound calls to any number from with in their private control panel.

Extension login is also a perfect way for any business (or rather account) owner to allow his / her employees use virtual Office without the need to compromise account login privileges. Each user can get their own extension login with their own password that will allow them to set up their personal voicemail and enjoy the other features mentioned above
