Today I am in the Los Angeles convention Center for ITEXPO. Walking the floors of the exhibit floor and seeing the new developments and solutions in the VoIP industry.

Conferences have changed over the years, especially in our industry. Some of us remember the level of excitement in the late 90s when at every show there was some new application or service or product that was never seen before (we have to remember that the first VoIP product was introduced to the market in 1995).

Today the VoIP industry is pretty much part of the mainstream telecommunication industry and the conferences reflect that as well. Indeed, this is a good sign.
I am looking forward to my talk tomorrow.
