How much do you hate calling a business only to hear the worst hold music ever?  It’s so dull and when it’s really bad makes me think about hanging up.  

Well we’ve solved that and changed the way you will think about hold music forever.  Now you can choose from 5 premium channels of licensed tracks from some of the biggest names in music.  How about The Beatles, Bruce Springsteen, Pink Floyd, Jay-Z, Louis Armstrong and The Chemical Brothers.  There are hundreds of tracks and you can use any of them to entertain your callers.  This isn’t free for us so unfortunately it’s not free for you but at ¢99/month I think it’s pretty reasonable.  That’s less then the espresso I just had or a soda from a fast food restaurant.  

Our standard hold music is some of the best but there’s nothing like listening to some Bruce Springsteen to get your callers wanting to do business with you.  Check out the partial list here or go to your Control Panel and click on Account (at the top)  then Account Settings and you should see the Premium Music on Hold in the System Audio.
