Add the ChatCalls Widget to a Website

ChatCalls widgets are a great way to invite potential users to have fun on the blog and take advantage of your site.

Add the ChatCalls Widget to Blogger

1. Login to your Blogger Account, and Select “Layout”

2. Select “Add a Gadget” scroll and press “HTML / JavaScript”

3. Copy and paste the iFrame code for the widget size you want and press “SAVE”

4. After you press “SAVE” The widget will be active on your blog layout.

Add the ChatCalls Widget to iGoogle Home Page

1. Login to any one of your Google applications (G-mail, Blogger and so on)
2. Click one of the following Links according to the size of widget you want:

For a small Chat Calls Widget click:

For a large Chat Calls Widget click:

The following Google screen will appear:

• • You can change the appearance to match your web site using the controls on the page. Once done Press the “+ Google” button. Check your iGoogle home page the widget should be there.
  • To get the widget appear with your modifications on your site, along with the “+ Google” button you need to use the “Get Code” button.

3. After you press the “Get Code”, this will generate a code that can be copied and placed on different web pages like Blogger pages, Apple Dashboard (see instruction on this page), and more.

Add the ChatCalls Widget to Apple Dashboard

In order to install and use the Google Gadget on Apple Mac OS X Tiger OS, Google Gadget has to be converted into a Dashboard widget, by using Amnesty Generator, a free utility from Mesa Dynamics.

1. To use Amnesty Generator, download Amnesty Generator (for Mac OS X only) and install it. Now, take the Code you generated using the Google Gadget process described above.

2. Copy and paste the web gadget’s HTML code into the Amnesty Generator window, and click on “Generate…” button to get your Apple Dashboard widget converted and built.

3. Once the widget that works with Mac OS X v10.4 Tiger’s Dashboard software is ready and generated, the widget can be installed into Apple’s Dashboard or Amnesty Widget Browser, or you can also convert the widget into a standalone OS X applications with Amnesty Singles.

• • Note: Similar process may also work for PC and VISTA when using the Amnesty Generator under those environment.

Add the ChatCalls Icon on a PC desktop using Google Chrome

If you use Google Chrome on a PC environment, simply open one of the folowing links:

Then select “Create application shortcuts…”

Now Select where you want the icon, and press OK:

Add the ChatCalls Widget on Win XP Desktop

1. Right Click on an empty space on your desktop.

2. Select properties

3. Select the Desktop Tab.

4. Then Select Customize Desktop

5. Select the “Web” Tab

6. Press “New”

7. Past one of the following URLs into the Location box according to the required size:

For a larger UI http://www.phone.com/chatcalls/normal.html

For a smaller UI http://www.phone.com/chatcalls/small.html

8. Press OK and OK again.

The Widget will appear on your desktop

9. Resize the frame to the required size and you are done.

Add the ChatCalls to iPhone desktop

To use ChatCalls from your iPhone do the following:

1. open your iPhone web browser and click phone.com/chatcalls

You will get the following screen.

2. Press the [+]
3. Select Ad to Home Screen

The ChatCalls icon will appear on your iPhone desktop.
