Requirements
You need to be fluent with these technologies
- Outstanding Unix, *BSD or Linux knowledge
- Server side and client side web technologies
- Scripting languages (At least one of Perl, PHP or Python)
- RDBMS (Mysql, Postgres)
- Good TCP/IP networking skills
- Open source tools
- 8+ years of software development experience
Nice to Have

Job Title: Sales Engineer
Job Location(s): San Diego, CA
Description:
We are looking for an energetic, customer oriented technical guru to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will help new customers configure their VoIP service and provide expert support during the intake process. The SE will be responsible for ensuring new customers telephony applications are successfully implemented based on their needs.
You’ll become the resident expert on on our VoIP product line, with strong working knowledge of our hosted platform, product features, and IP hardware. The ability to assist new customers through the setup process, resolve technical issues and answer questions will be critical. As a service expert with excellent communication skills, you’ll also be responsible for writing technical correspondence to customers, other service and support reps, and communicate feature requests and bugs to product and marketing teams.
The SE will also develop a strong understanding of all products and applications, including relevance to business processes and key differentiators. This person will also be participating in the creation of training materials, technical documents and how-to guides, as well as deliver product demos to customers as needed. The SE will assist in 3 main channels – direct sales implementation support, pre-sales consultations, and partner support as needed.
The most critical qualification for the SE is that of providing outstanding, world class service to our clients. This includes attitude, helpfulness, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure the clients’ questions are answered and problems resolved in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in C.S. or a combination of education/certification and relevant experience
- Proven experience in technology space, previous voice technology experience is a plus
- Experience with VoIP, SIP, is a big plus
- Experience with networking: routing, configurations, provisioning, layer 2 and layer 3 devices, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot common hardware, software, and network connectivity problems in multi-platform, multi-protocol environments
- Ability to explore and make recommendations to customers for planning specifications, equipment configuration, and connectivity as it relates to our VoIP service
- Ability to identify different technologies and provide solutions as it relates to our VoIP service
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service orientation, face-to-face and on the phone to support remote users

Job Title : Mobile Product Developer Lead
Description:
Multi-task job taking mobile (client server) apps from inception to deployment. Able to perform market research, suggest and communicate new concepts, create specifications, develop new and support the existing Phone.com line of mobile apps
Responsibilities

Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of mobile development and its limitations
- Experience with Objective-C (iPhone) and Java (Android, BlackBerry) development
- Experience with building dynamic websites optimized for mobile use.

- Basic familiarity with Perl and C++, Linux (Ubuntu), subversion, Apache, MySQL
- Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Must work closely with other programmers and management, and provide accurate project status and timeline estimates

Experience:
