When I called this morning, we were in a pickle. We couldnt access any of our voice messages, and we had MANY — new and old. I called phone.com and spoke to Melissa. She handled our problem with grace. She quickly found that our main customer service extension had been deleted (something that someone on our end accidentally did… oops!). We had over 100 messages saved at that extension. Melissa connected with your programmers, who were able to restore the extension. So, YOUR PROGRAMMERS ARE SUPREMELY CAPABLE AS WELL. I called back to follow up and spoke with Richard at the same time noticing Melissas email response. The news was tremendously comforting.

Jeremy: I just wanted you to know that your CSR Juan Herrera is awesome. He was assisting me in setting up a new number and the x-lite phone. I was setting this phone up for one of my companies in India. My Manager is getting up in years and has little internet experience. Basically, Juan and I had to talk the manager thru setup of the phone system and the x-lite setup. It was a very “trying time” on both of us to say the least! But, Juan stuck thru it like a trooper! I told him that if there was a way to give him a “tip” he would have certainly received one for his service today! He was courteous, professional and understanding. He never let the frustration of the situation get to him (I almost blew my top three different times). Anyway, I just wanted you to know that you have a very good employee in Juan Herrera!!!
Phone.com has not only exceeded all of expectations but in fact blown them out of the water. Their feature list is like no other company around and they are constantly adding more and more useful features.
Setting up a complex menu system, with greetings, hold and a queue system is as easy as 1,2,3 and when ever you do have problems their support is always there to help out.
What has really amazed us the most with phone.com is how easy it has become to allow our international staff members to work as if they were sitting in our head office. Calls can be routed easily to cell phones and any other type of phone and in the case that no one is there to answer phone.com has an outstanding voice-mail service. Throw in their Mobile Office solution and you basically have the ability to receive and make calls via your business line where ever you are.
As you can tell we are very happy customers, and will continue to use phone.com for a very long time.

Just wanted to write you a note and let you know how great your iphone app is. I just downloaded it, and although it took me awhile to get connected because I did not obey the case of the last character of the password, once connected it worked perfectly. Sound quality is great, integration with the control panel is perfect, and being able to pass our phone.com number as our caller id is exactly what we wanted. I am so impressed with this app that I actually wrote an iphone app review and gave it a 5 star rating … first time I ever did that. Once again, phone.com proves that it is better than any other phone service out there.
Thanks to Phone.com we’re paying a third of what we did before…when we didn’t even have a real IVR system. Now we have extensions for all ten co-workers and I can travel without worrying about missing a call or voicemail. Phone.com is dead simple to work with, too. I want to thank you all for the great service that Phone.com has provided over the past year. When I was looking to change to a new company last year, I looked at over thirty different companies in the voice mail / voice over IP service / answering service / faxing / emailing service type businesses, to handle all my communication needs with the world. I own two different companies, with totally different types of needs in communication services, and I needed to run both businesses with ONE cell phone. The thirty businesses or more, I personally talked to, when I told them what I needed to do, all I heard from ninety percent of them, we cant do what you want. I live in the area of the country, that the local phone numbers I had for twenty years, could not be transferred to there company, everyone could port my 800 numbers, but could not port over the local numbers.
